I try to process orders within 1-2 weeks MAX, though sometimes popular collection drops or holidays may cause a slight delay! Shipping time varies on the shipping time chosen at checkout!

I am a one-woman business, so it takes me a little to sort through orders, make anything that needs to be made (over half of my production is in-house), get everything packed and shipped, post updates, respond to messages, etc.!

If you are experiencing a delay with your order, please be patient, I promise it is coming!

We design everything ourselves! So if you have a request of a collection or theme to add, (like new notepads, a bookmark collection, a theme you want to see), feel free to let us know on our twitter or one of our social media accounts!

We love designing new products and collections around what you guys want, so PLEASE feel free to let us know what you want!

Yes! We do offer wholesale orders, if you send us an email or social media message, we will gladly send you our wholesale pricing sheets!

We do also offer custom designs for almost all of our products, (i.e., if you want a custom bookmark made of your wedding or a specialty designed enamel pin for your shop, etc.) However those do have a base price and a wholesale quantity minimum! Once again, just send us a message or email!
